Sir , after death of my mother and father my uncle became my legal guardian by family court Patna. Without my knowledge he take my signature on power of attorney , when I was 18 yr and 7 month old. After 4 months he sold my all land using that Power of attorney.
Can I challenge that registered Power of attorney, because few people saying that I can only sign on any contract only after 21 yrs.
Please tell me what could I do??

A.Dear client,
Minor cannot execute and represent the general power of attorney document. They are not competent people to represent the property issues. File a lawsuit and challenged the sale of property.
Hope it clarifies your requirement.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, your uncle had taken your signature fraudulently to become the power of attorney, thus it is void and the sale of the property is also void ab initio. Property disposed without consent can be reclaimed. So no need to worry except the wastage of time running from pillar to post in the court premises.
