Police no help! Neighbors detain us in flat demanding money, Lock main door in staircase change locks frequently. DO NOT ALLOW ME TO ENTER use my flat (sell/rent) Written nonsense comments on my flat wooden door Posters up on door. Humiliating every time we go to the flat. I am owner but do not stay its vacant always. How to claim relief from these hooliganism and have free access to flat and claim defamation for severe harassments

A.Dear Client,

As you mentioned that the police is of no help then you should move to the court and file a suit for mischief and also against the police as they are not doing their duties.
