Contract of Service Expired but no service or refund is being given Contract of Service Expired but no service or refund is being given

I employed the services of one LLP organization, where they ensured that they would assist me in finding and scheduling jobs in Canada. Both parties signed the agreement which clearly mentioned a refund policy in case no service has been provided and the validity of the contract is 1 year. After 1 year, they are refusing to refund my money. I have all conversations recorded in the form of email, chats and phone conversations. I need urgent help :/

You need to send them a legal notice for refund of the money as per the terms and conditions of the engagement. In case they fail to do so then you can initiate a civil case against them to recover your money.

A.Dear Sir,

You may approach Police or get issue a legal notice and proceed to file civil case. Otherwise alternatively you may get post dated cheque and there after file cheque bounce case and thus get your money back.
