my dad died last year, he had a credit card debt of 40k till now I did not pay with interest it became 45k do I have to pay his credit card debts I got a message like legal notice has been initiated against the outstanding amount like that, how it affects me? he was a govt employee I will get his job in future if the legal notice effects me if yes how it effects me what problems it will cause !? and how to overcome this i know nothing

A.As per the case & facts you have mentioned your dad died last year, he had a credit card debt of 40k till now I did not pay with interest it became 45k, just forget about the bank & the credit card. Once the person is dead No bank can recover unsecured debts, rather a very lengthy process so forget about it as it is very costly process. Also how far is it confirmed that u are getting the job in same company in govt. r u join in compensation post etc. Please clarify.....

A.Dear Sir,

You may pay the said amount immediately and get NOC from the bank and never disclosed to the bankers that your going to get job in the same department. You must be very careful in getting genuine receipt from the bank.
