Illegally purchased land but has been regularized through AC court Illegally purchased land but has been regularized through AC court

Some of our lands were illegally sold and purchased by some people in 1995-96. But they got it regularized in 2014 from the AC Court. What is the purpose of getting it done via AC court? Whether we can claim it legally now?

A.Dear Sir,
Without seeing the records one cannot suggest you legally. One thing is that you can approach office of Deputy Commissioner by revision to challenge orders of AC Court if they are effecting your rights.

In some of the states the administrative authorities are empowered to take decisions like that and can get the regularization done for the lands and buildings. If that has been done then it means that you are legally right.
