Hi,
I have a Food Truck and I wanted to Understand if I rent a plot and park my food truck on the plot and sell, will there be any objection from the government?

A.If you want to use plot for commercial purpose then you should get licence from local government authority.

A.You can contact the concerned panchayat/ muncipality/corporation for taking proper licence for using the plot if it is ment for commercial activity by paying the prescribe fees. The question is not clear whether the rented plot is a commercial one or not. You are also liable to pay GST if applicable.

A.Contact municipality/corporation and pay the fees for such use on the plot (if the plot is the property of the Corporation) otherwise you will be penalized heavily for each day usage.
