sir we are three partners in a company and one of our partner is died . at present company have a loss of approx 90,00,000. wife of died partner wants to join company but she want security for not paying these loss . how she can enter in deed ?

A.Parnership will be disloved on death of a parner. secondly is it a private company or partnership firm.Loss has be shared by the remaining parner as per the deed of partnership,better to consult a Corporate Professional Lawyer through the panel of Vidhikarya for guidance & help on all aspects of the issue quickly.

A.You can enter the said fact in the deed through which you wish to bring her into the firm. But that is not a complete shield as a third person having dues payable by your firm can institute a suit even against her but she can take the defence that others are liable and not she.
