A.No you can't. But if You get liquor licence from excise department to preserve, stock, sale,consuming liquor then might be possible .

A.No, you are not supposed to sell wine without getting adequate licence from the concern authority and you are not permitted to give any advertisement for the sale of alcoholic substances like wine. Any act done by any person without proper license will be subjected to legal criminal proceedings by the concerned state government.
