A.Dear Sir,

You may lodge complaint with government offices if no action taken then approach High Court by filing a Writ Petition or approach Civil Court by filing representative suit.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts which have been provided, you should hire an Advocate and discuss in details the facts of the case, send a legal notice to them and if nothing is done after that as well then file a fresh case in the court.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.

A.Dear Client
You need to lodge a complaint with the local authorities and if the local authorities are not taking any action then you can initiate a case against the local authorities making those people as party to the case. At the same time you need to specify that what is your grievance in this matter.
