Use of Post - marriage title.

Sir , My pre -marriage title was "Paul " and at present , post - marriage title is "Ghose ". My Post -marriage title "Ghose " is recorded in my Aadhaar Card , PAN Card and Epic Card but my maiden title is recorded in all of my educational certificates . Now , I wish to use my post -marriage /husband"s title "Ghose", in the Govt. Job application . How can it be possible ? Please , give me advice .

A.You can take help of a Advocate for sworen Affidavit before the competent authority of your jurisdiction and publish in two local news paper as per the requirement and apply for recording and publishing in the Govt., Gazette and use the Gezette notification copy for recruiters/Govt.Authorities.

A.Get affidavit from First Class JM/MM and thereafter publish the same in two local newspaper. Once this is done, you can start applying for jobs. You need not worry because recruiters are well aware of this. You will definitely get a good job base on your qualification and experience. All the best

A.You should be apply before concern authority with affidavit. Also publish in newspaper and official gazzatte notification about name change.kindly contact with lawyer.

A.You have to take neccesary steps for changing your name by filing affidavits,paper publication and government gazette notification ,by filing proper application before the concern authority by the support of your marriage certificate. It differs from state to state .It will be a tough task and time consuming for you to get it completed. Contact advocates from Vidhikarya.
