Notice Period Buyout - I have resigned from my company

I have resigned from my company. I want to buyout my notice period of one month but the HR is not allowing me to do so. They are saying that I will have to serve the full notice period. However in the appointment letter it is mentioned that I can buyout my notice period.
You will be at liberty to resign from the services during the probation period after giving 30 days notice in writing or on payment of equivalent salary.
The above statement is mentioned in the appointment letter. I really want to leave the company as it is one of the worst companies in the world.
What should I do here? Please help me.

If you do not want any terminal documents then you can get issue a legal notice or approach Labor Commissioner office under Section 12 of Industrial Disputes Act.

As per the facts mentioned, as you said that it was mentioned in the employment agreement that you can buyout the notice period. Thus, you can send a legal notice to the company asking for an early resignment.
