I am taking IVF treatment of my wife. Hospital not giving us any documented proof of which treatment is being given. They always calls my wife alone in doctor cabin and not let me stay with her. During egg pickup they didn't let me where is she is being taken. I want to stay with her for her safety purpose. Even i want all the treatment related documents and information from hospital. As well as i want to know rights of me and wife as couple who is taking IVF treatment

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, there’s no such law under which you can ask for the documents.

A.Dear Sir,
This is being done by many corporate hospitals and you cannot take any action against them if any untoward incident took place. Either change the hospital which is comfortable to you or lodge complaints with MCI and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of State and Central Governments.
