Previous employer stalking Previous employer stalking

I was working in an organisation in consulting from 2019-to 2020 and the employer is stalking me and sent my professional picture, which is available on LinkedIn to other employees in that organisation over WhatsApp. I have seen it from my eyes. Also, he is doing my background verification negative. The reason I left the job was because of no work-life balance. the salary was never on time and even at the time of FNF, he did not pay my entire salary. I have been harassed by this employer and his track record is bad. I have all the proofs with me as well.

Kindly Advice, He is been harassing me to leave consulting because I worked in his organisation. He emails me and texts me the night as well. MY current employer asked me not to file a legal suit as my current employment can be an issue.
