Mental Torture of a Depression patient by his Parents Mental Torture of a Depression patient by his Parents

Male 25 yo. I have suffering from Severe Depression and anxiety since 2016 when I was 20, and since then my whole family, mostly my parents have been trivializing and denying my issues, insulting and dominating me. They misguided psychologists and psychiatrists and thus subjected me to wrong treatment for 3 yrs. 4 months ago I arranged counselling for them with a psychologist. They are now twisting the psychologist's words in order to bully me even more. I attempted suicide 3 times but they are still laughing at me and trying to manipulate/dominate me and giving threats. They are denying me enough money to cater to the basic needs. Is there any legal steps that can be taken against them??

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach any charitable institution or NGO who is providing free food and shelter and after shifting to that place with their help you may claim maintenance for yourself.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, you’re an adult and you can either move put of your parents house and live on your own will or you can file a complaint against your parents for mental harassment in the police station.

Will Police take complaint? I went to Police in 2020 when I lived with them but the in charge officers laughed at me and told me to go to Human Rights. They didn't even provide me a pen and paper to write a complaint and I just got out of there without getting any help. I even complained to both National and State Human Rights in 2020. NHRC dismissed it as "the complaint wasn't against any public servant" and SHRC dismissed it because they don't get involved in this type of Family Dispute. I just lost all hope after getting those treatments from Police and HRC.

Also, if I told police that I attempted suicide 3 times they may arrest me according to IPC 309.
