What are the criteria for position of deputy secretary in residential society?
If someone who is living in rented house in society A, can that person become the deputy secretary in that residential society?
If some of the member are gives permission to that person for deputy secretary and some of are not agree because he is living on rented house.

It all depends upon clauses in the bye-laws of the residential society. Normally, such power cannot be delegated in favour of a tenant but it can be deleted in favour of blood relative of owner of the flat.
