EXTRA LAND IN MY AGRILAND

Dear Sir, I have 1.23-acre agricultural land. 50 years before the highways department road plan shows a route on the north front side of my land and Agri university in the adjacent to my land on the east side. but due to highways slight change of route and a wastewater canal by the Agri university university fence i got 30 cents extra to my land and I am using. any implication?

If there is no interruption from anyone regarding the extra land then you can use it. If anybody claims the land then you can contest it in the court.

A.Dear Sir,
Just use the said land without any interruption and if anybody claims you may go to the Court and you can get injunction order saying that you have perfected your title by way of adverse possession.
