regarding fee reimbursement

I have done my post graduation in Andhra pradesh private college during 2017-19 academic year. I am eligible for fee reimbursement during that year. I received all my certificates . After 3 years now they are asking me the fee to pay i.e didn't pay by the Govt. According to the govt notice fee reimbursement is not applicable to the private college students from 2020-21 fresh admissions. Do i have to pay the amount or not

You need not pay any fees to the college since it might be their fault not claiming such reimbursement within time prescribed by the Government. Just ignore their mobile calls and notices sent by them if any. Let them go to the Court and then you may appear before the Court and contest the case.
