Regarding sale of two wheeler Regarding sale of two wheeler

I hadsold my Activa to a person last year in March and recently I came to know that he has not transferred the Activa in his name. I have tried to reach him via calls, whatsapp , messages. His number seems to be working and active yet he is not responding to my calls. I sold the two wheeler via OLX ( a very popular buying/selling products ) website .I also tried to reach his location, but that was untraceable too.I have a copy of his ADHAAR card and PAN card undersigned by him. I also took a receiving from him on a plain paper(not a legal document )mentioning the sale and purchase of vehicle , please help me with this .

A.Dear Client,

You don’t need to worry about the transfer of name as you’ve signed the deed and the transaction from your part has been done.
