Data entry - I have decided to quit it Data entry - I have decided to quit it

I have applied one job in online for doing work from home sir. And after all the agreement, I have decided to quit it because I applied in another job too and I got approved from that as well. The mail from that company tells that u have to pay than cancellation fee otherwise you have to face it legally through court. Is there any law like this sir?

A.Dear Sir,

It seems to be a bogus company. They cannot do anything and you need not bother. If possible go to police station and lodge complaint.

Just simply ignore them and do not pay them anything as these data entry jobs, most of them are fake and fraud. They cannot do anything legally to you and henceforth you need not worry much about them.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, you’ll have to look into the employment agreement and if it’s mentioned in the agreement to pay such amount if you quit the job then you must follow the agreement.
