I have filed claim 3 months ago for car accident claim, initially the officer saying that i will receive total approved amount but now they refusing to pass claim on the basis of that i have already took two claim and I am demanding old damages,. So I want advice what to do, and one more thing , can insurance companies can refuse on this basis, is there any terms like this, maximum number of claims.
