Hello,

I am a dutch woman who is planning to marry a india. After Marriage we want to live permament with my inlaws. I cant apply for OCI because i was in militairy 2001-2005 .

How i can stay longterm in India ? Is it allowed to apply for citizenship with militairy background? And what happens after 5 years x visa. Can it be extended 2 more years to apply for citizenship? Problem is without oci i cant work and we need a extra income.

Who has solutions for us?
