Hi ,
My uncle has been convicted by session court for 7years under ipc 420, 417, 467(2) , 468 ,471. What are the chances of getting bail from high court now. He had been on trial for 4years after getting bail from high court previously.
Please ans urgently.
Thanks
A.Dear Client,
Hiring an experienced criminal lawyer can increase the chances of getting bail in an offense committed under section 420 of the IPC which is a non-bailable offense. In cases like this, it is a tough job to get bail, therefore, it is advisable to engage a lawyer who is expert in handling criminal cases. A competent criminal lawyer can help in drafting a proper and appealing bail application which would, in turn, increase the chances of bail being granted by the Court.

A.Dear Sir,
Depending upon contents of the Judgment and seriousness of the offences your uncle may get bail if you hire the services of Senior Advocate practicing on criminal side and having face value in the High Court.
