My sister passed her MBA from bangalore University IIBS college, but they did not issue result of her last 2 semesters and i.e. She doesn't have full fledge degree may I get help related to this what should we do!

You have to get issue a legal notice and thereafter file a Writ Petition before High Court. You have not disclosed on what grounds the Institutions refusing to disclose the result of your sister.

Get the Soft Copy of Final year marksheet printed and signed by the Department head/Dean/Registrar/Principal with the seal of the college/university.
Also, just get a certificate signed by the college head mentioning that you have completed the course and the marksheet/provisional certificate is expected to be released by (some date).
