Namaskar,
What does the executor of a notarized will need to do to ensure the beneficiary gets the asset enlisted in the will after the testator is deceased?
Note: The enlisted assets only include liquid cash deposited in different joint Bank accounts with different persons in either or survivor mode.

A.Dear Sir,
It will be a only supportive document and a probate may not file on such notarised will. Better get partition as per the Will contents and enjoy the property.

A.The Will is required to be probated from the Civil Court of Law under whose jurisdiction the deceased person last resided following certain procedural compliance as well as after payment of necessary Court fees. As those joint accounts are in either or survivor mode so necessary steps have to be taken to prevent the concerned Joint account holders from withdrawing any sum.
