A.Dear Madam,
You can file Domestic Violence case, maintenance case against your mother-in-law and her family members. It is the bounden duty of your parents-in-law to take care of yourself and your children.

A.You and your mother in law have equal rights and interests in d deceased husband properties. She can't harass you. You can settle d matter by intervention of some good and influencing relatives/well wishers. If matter is not resolved you can send her legal notice and take further recourse by going legally against her including filing domestic violence case in your local Magistrate Court there and obtaining various orders. However try to resolve it amicably to the best extent possible. Thanks n regards

A.Dear Client,
The daughters-in-law do not have right over the self-acquired property of her in-laws. She acquires right over in-laws property only through the share of her husband in the property.
Your child has right over the property after being born.
