Drynage issue - I am from a rural village Devaguptam Drynage issue - I am from a rural village Devaguptam

Sir, I am from a rural village Devaguptam. And my village has not drynage line. And I have connected the pipes for washing machine and bath water to harvesting pits. And our villager (Schedule Caste pepople) connected the pipes what are used for bath water, Wessel s cleaning water to the agricultural canal. And also Upper caste people used this canal for releasing the Aqua culture water. It is illegal as there is no permission for Aqua here. But some upper caste people who live in after our village can't bear to use this canal and they complained on SC people to remove the pipes.
My questions are...
1. Can we use the agricultural canal to connect the pipes for rain water and bath water? Is it called as drynage?
2. If it is wrong the rule for removing to all. But they complained on a few people with caste descrimination.
3. If it is not wrong as they are only for bath water, vessels cleaning water and rain water what sections are applicable?
4. If the officials want to remove the pipes, should they check whether they are drynage pipes or not? Or can they remove them without any permission? What sections are applicable?
Plz you can answer me as early as possible

A.Dear Sir,
My answers are as follows:

1. Can we use the agricultural canal to connect the pipes for rain water and bath water? Is it called as drynage?
Ans: It does not fit into the definition of drainage.

2. If it is wrong the rule for removing to all. But they complained on a few people with caste descrimination.
Ans: Such instances are many and you must simply bear the same and if you want to fight collect the evidence have the funds to fight and also have the support of people otherwise you will be the ultimate victim.

3. If it is not wrong as they are only for bath water, vessels cleaning water and rain water what sections are applicable?
Ans: It is only a nuisance and it will be considered as petty case unless you scientifically prove that it attracts some serious offence with serious hazardous side effects.

4. If the officials want to remove the pipes, should they check whether they are drynage pipes or not? Or can they remove them without any permission? What sections are applicable?
Ans: You may lodge complaint with higher authorities and be in good books of them and they have vast powers.
