Pagdi System Property issue
For around 25 years me & my family used to stay with my mother in Pagdi System flat where my mother was a tenant. 10 years back that property went in redevelopment & couple of years after that my mother passed away. When my mother was alive she made an affidavit that the flat which we will get after redevelopment will be mine & any of my sibling will not have any rights on that flat & all siblings agreed & signed on that affidavit. Now at time of registration builder is asking to bring all siblings to sign NOC, but one of my sibling have objection & asking for money/part in property.
Does any of my siblings have any rights on this redeveloped flat?
A.Dear Client,
If any of the sibling has an objection then they can file a case against you in the court which then you can contest it by showing all the evidences in your support.
