I am a jobworker supplying service. Recently I received a consignment from merchant exporter and he is insisting me on charging concessional rate of 0.1% however I am aware that 0.1% can be charged only against supply of goods. He is not accepting my bills and halting my payment..can someone please suggest me what action to be taken

A.Dear Client,

As you mentioned correctly that 0.1% is charged on sales of good and not on services supplied.
Send him the invoice followed by a legal notice for recovery of dues.

A.Dear Client
You are right that the concessional GST rate of 0.10% is applicable only to the goods and not to the services supplied. You need to send him the invoice followed by a legal notice for recovery of the dues from him
