Letting agents not responding not paying the rental amount

I own a 3bhk property in Chennai which i rented to a letting agency for leasing. Currently the property is occupied by the tenants who has paid the full lease amount to the letting agent as per sub letting contract, however, letting agency has not been paying the rent to myself as per rental agreement between agency and myself.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the concerned Lease Agreement for its scope, meaning and legal implications in the context of that subletting contract.
