My landlord was charging me Rs. 9 per unit for electricity bill. I found out recently that for several months i have been paying more electricity bill and in actual it was less (around 6 rupees). I confronted the landord. She denied that the rate is 9 only. then her husband came and told yes electricity rate is less. now all the money is lost. the landlord is in punjab electricity board. What can i do to make them teach a lesson.

A.Dear Client,

You may complaint to electricity department and also file a consumer case with the proof of agreement against the landlord and in that case also make party to electricity dept as a formal defendant.
