Hospital Authority asking for Identity proof for spelling correction on death certificate

My father is a Government Official who is going to retire this Oct for which he needs to submit the Document in his office about all the family details,point to be noted here is my mother who died last year has spelling error in then name of my father on her death certificate (Death certificate is must to fill those details) Because of spelling mistake the hospital Authority asking for Identity proof like Aadhar or voter id card.But except for CGHS Card we don't have Any identity proof of my mother.What can be done please answer.Regards

Since your mother died last year and aadhar has been there for such a long time then how come that there is no aadhar or voter id in your mother's name? This is quite surprising. In this situation you should get a first class Judicial Magistrate affidavit done to move ahead if the hospital is fine to accept that.
