i had filed divorce in aug-2018 and after that she filed RCR in 2018, Now the RCR is in cross examination stage and first cross done she admitted few thing in court that allegations related to dowry and harassment against were false. Now she is frequently coming to home and shouting to open the gate and door to let her in.

1. My father passed away recently on Mar-2022. taking this as opportunity she i harassing me and my mother by creating a nuisance in my surrounding and defaming us in the society.

2. i tried to complain in local PS but the SHO deined to rigester as complaint against her saying that wife has right to enter into husbands house till the divorce is sanctioned. if its so what should i do. as my mother lost her husband recently staying alone in the house, taking this as advantage she is troubling my mother. ( what my mother can do in such situation).
4. if i want to file a complaint under which sections i need to file.
5. is any case can be filed by my mother on her daughter in law ?
6. on 5-May-2022, my wife jumped over the gate which was locked from inside and banged the main door and tried to break the main door, even after this the police were not serious in regesting the case against her.

please let me know what all steps i can do now,

A.Dear Client,

Your wife has the right to reside in her matrimonial house until divorce is confirmed.
If she’s creating issues with your mom then she can file a complaint against your wife.

A.Dear Client
The Police is right that your wife has the right to stay in her matrimonial house and you can not forbid her from doing so. If she is troubling your mother then your mother can file a complaint under the laws of Domestic Violence.
