I have taken a loan from Rupeeme loan app and i paid repayment twice but it is still not paid
They told me after first payment the payment is pensding please make payment again then your first payment will refund
But it is not refund my amount and my loan was not closed.
Can I take complaint against this?

What is happening with you is the case of cheating and fraud and also unfair trade practice. You can do two things here. One you can lodge a police complaint and initiate criminal action against them and second you can also file a consumer case for unfair trade practice and recover your money plus compensation.
