Cause 138 - security cheque bounce

138 cause register in court by bank against lone amount security cheque bounce.
Court issue warrent against accused.
But bank given offer to accused to settle lone amount.
Whithout accused visit in court can accept bank statements offer and accused can paid offer amount ?
In this case witch document need to accused from bank to safe and cause close.
Without visit accused can cause close?

A.As the Court has issued Warrant against the accused so if the Accused will not enter appearance
in Court on or before that date to take bail, accused can be arrested at any time.

If the arrest warrant has been issued then first of all you need to seek bail and get the warrant recalled by court to avoid any further complications or arrest.
After that when the bank is asking for settlement do that and then ask the bank to withdraw the case
