Website cheating customers

There is a website dealing in women clothing, they are cheating customers with their money. They are not delivering actual product but some cheap stuff. They are openly doing marketing on Facebook, if a customer tries to message them , there is no response. Their contact number is also wrong. What action should be taken to stop them . Can we complain in cyber crime cell for online fraud?

A.It is neither cyber crime nor consumer forum has any jurisdiction unless some one who got cheated by it acts . As for you, Write an anonymous letter to Commissioner of police.

A.dear client you should be approach to cyber cell police and lodge complaint about to be cheated. also file complaint into district consumer forum as well.

A.You have two options :

1) Lodge a complaint against the website in nearest police station

2) Approach Consumer Forum (Consumer Case)

A.Who is the owner of that website? Is it a company? If yer then file a consumer case against that company. If the owner can't be ascertained then lodge a police complaint against the website. The Police will investigate and initiate the legal process.

A.Yes, it is a clear case of cyber crime. You can complaint to cyber crime police immediately and do not delay to lodge an FIR against those fraud women.
