car parking document is different than parking space in sale-deed

It is a 5 floor building and Society was formed in 2006.
All the 2bhk flat owners have 100 square feet car parking space in their sale deed documents but everyone has different size on the ground.
I was allotted 70 square feet car parking space and my neighbor was allotted 300 square feet car parking space though both have same size flats(2BHK) and when I had raised the concern, they are saying that these allotments were done based on the approved car parking document which was submitted during the municipal permission. around 6 people have got 70 square feet though it is 100 square feet in their sale deed document. Society is not taking any action since there is no parking space available & builder is also not reachable. We were not given any car parking space allotment document(with measurements) during registration process as well.
Which one is legal sale deed (OR) approved car parking document which was submitted during the municipal permission.
Please guide us.

A.An open parking lot cannot be sold to any member of the society. Hence you may check. Try negotiate with builder or see if you want to sue the builder for misrepresentation or misleading before the Consumer Court and seek necessary compensation. Thank you.
It is illegal to allot irregular dimensions slots for car parking for flats having same dimensions. You may raise a complaint with the local authority like building sanctioning authority or just get issue a legal notice and threaten to go to Civil Court etc.
