Agreement - I had got a job for online form filling

Hi, One month ago I had got a job for online form filling, no investment and they asked me for adhar card proof and signature and they sent me an agreement on email, and i failed to finish the form filling and before the given time they blocked my account and one month they did not contact me and yesterday I got a call from an advocate saying I will have to pay the rs 7510 or they will file a legal case in my name and my father's name, so my father paid that amount, upon asking for what that amount is, he said it is the registration fees 5500 and 2000 for case filing, we paid that amount in the state of panic,we asked him for cancellation and today I got an email saying I will have to pay 15000 for cancellation of the agreement whereas in the agreement it is written that if i want to cancel i have to pay 6 month amt and just below that it is written if the client fails to complete the task , client can terminate teh agreement effectively and i am liable to pay the maintenance fees which was 5500, which we already paid yesterday, what should I do?
