Bankrupt/Insolvent real estate builder
Hello, I had booked a home pre-construction in 2011, the property was supposed to be handed over by 2013, then changed to 2015, then in 2018 the builder was declared bankrupt and the scheme continues to be incomplete. Now after lots of consumer cases and RERA cases on the builder, they are saying the government will sanction them Swarnim fund but as a customer, what is the best possible way to take out money, what we have paid or maybe in profit from this property? It is hard-earned money that is rotting away and being devalued. What are the best possible ways to get out of this situation with value and in less time?
A.Dear Sir,
Before entering into deal you should have selected reputed builder. In the recent terms many builders going into bankruptcy and looting the innocent middle class people.
