Unsolicited and Wrong Usage of My Personal Details

Hello,

I have made my account on Just Dial and after that they started calling me several times a day, even after telling their sales team 10-15 times to put my number on DND (Do not Disturb) they still kept calling me. Their team is so greedy that they do not even know how to give their customers a private space and they just keep on pushing their offers, upon that when I told one of the reps to put my call on DND ( I said, "Do you know how to put my call on DND"), he then said "(With Attitude) Nahi aata, aap sikhaayenge - I do not know, will you teach me?"

This is the worst company I've ever encountered, they have a section named as "Stop receiving calls from us" by entering your number and other details in the footer or somewhere on their website. I have also entered those details but they still kept calling me. They don't give anyone their private space, such a foolish company and its people working there, honestly!

I would need this resolved ASAP and want to lodge a complain against this company for being so greedy and using my information in the wrong way, let me know how shall I go ahead with that!
