Actually wha happened
Recently we brought new house and we gave some tip amount but due to some unfortunate reasons we back from the deal
As a installment we gave him around 18lakhs
Will I get my money back or not

A.Dear Sir,
You are entitled for advance amount paid less some administrative expenses for the caused to the otherside. But, other side cannot deny entire amount. You may get issue a legal notice and proceed to file recovery suit.

A.Dear Client
If you had an agreement to purchase the house then you must be having a cancellation or termination clause. Basis that you can cancel the deal and get your money back. If you don't have an agreement in place then you will have to got to the court to seek your money back if seller does not pay back.
