A.Dear client,

If your maximum income is 25 lakhs, then you can buy the land. If you an agriculturist, you can buy the land, but if your income is > 25 lakhs, then you will be considered as a non-agriculturist.

A.Dear Sir,
Anyone with a maximum income of 25 lakh per year from non-agricultural sources is permitted by law to buy agricultural land, irrespective of their family origin. Previously, the income limit was Rs 2 lakh, but it was raised to Rs 25 lakh in June 2015.
