Dear sir,
My father is alive. He has some property from which some plots are in my name and some in his name. He don't want to share the property with my daughter. We have done a lot of expenditure in my sisters marriage still she demanding property from us. Kindly suggest me what to do?
A.Dear Client,
As per the facts mentioned your sister cannot be deprived from her property share after your father's death but in case of self acquired property, that can be done if your father takes proper legal steps now.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether the property is ancestral or self acquired property of your father because if it is ancestral property, then your sister cannot be deprived from her property share after your father's death but in case of self acquired property, that can be done if your father takes proper legal steps now.
