Tenant eviction - I have given my house on rent

Sir, I have given my house on rent 6 months before for living 3 members including lady and her son and daughter. But after completion of 3months son and daughter left my house and leave their mentally sick mother alone my house. Now I want to them to vacant my house because they are not even paying my rent and filling electricity and water bill. I asked her son about vacanting my house he denied that he doesn't know anything because only his mother living so she will. What can I do sir

You may get issue a legal notice and proceed legally by filing eviction suit which may take years together. The other option is to lease out the property to some strong person who will through that lady out of the house.
