An agent holding specific performance contract is selling the land to us, while excuting the sale deed how do we ensure that the specific performance contract is voided between agent and owner

A.Dear Client,

The agent must be a consent witness to the certificate of sale and must have a recital indicating that the prepaid amount paid to the owner of the property has been received.

A.Dear Sir,

The agent must be consenting witness for the sale deed and there must be recital to the effect that has received his advance amount paid to the owner of the property.
