Tenants and landlord acts - I came to Gurgaon Tenants and landlord acts - I came to Gurgaon

In the month of March, I came to Gurgaon and was staying happily as I got a new job here. The place where I am staying right now, it's a building with almost 12 rooms. Since March, I have always paid my rent on time and lived calmly. 2 days ago, I received information from my care taker in which the owner was asking me to pay the electricity bill. The previous company in which I was working, i left it because of some reason and j joined the new company on 17th of may. Today, my owner said that either pay the rent or vacate the building. I told him that I don't have money right now so he can use the security deposit which is 8k as the bill. The electricity bill came out for 9k. I told him that whatever amount is left, I will pay that to him but as I lost my job, I don't have the money at the moment. But he said that he will enter into my room and kick out my stuff and me from the property.
He is such a looser that he even doesnot understands the situation of a person. He is pressurizing me so much that I have started taking tension for this thing and it is even impacting my work.
Can I please get some information on this? Is my landlord entitled to do so. ? And if he does that, will I have to stay by the road with my stuff? I have already paid for this month in full and it's 22nd may and he is speaking like this. Please help me with the resolution.

A.Dear Client,

In a tenancy agreement, the tenant is in possession of the flat, while the landlord is the owner of the flat. Under the law of tort, if the landlord were to interfere with the possessory rights of the tenant, the latter would have a claim in trespass, despite the landlord being the owner of the flat.
If you are harassed by your landlord, the first thing that needs to be done is to lodge a complaint with the Police.
