HI I am a 22 year old girl. Last year I lost my father and few years back i have already lost my mother. My father left us( me, my younger brother, my two elder step sisters and 1 elder step brother) a house, insurance money that we got after my father's death and my father's pension money. Now the situation is my oldest step sister have control of all the money that we got and she is spending money unnecessarily any where she wants, so i am worried that she will spend all the money that I am entitled to and at last i will be left with nothing. So what i want is that what ever i am entitled to get legally should be given to be immedietly so that i dont feel cheated and i can take care of my studies by my self.
You file a suit for partition and get your equal share immediately as per following provision of law

shall devolve according to the provisions of this Chapter:―

Son; daughter; widow; mother; son of a pre-deceased son; daughter of a pre-deceased son; son of a pre-deceased daughter; daughter of a pre-deceased daughter; widow of a pre-deceased son; son of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son; daughter of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son; widow of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son.
According to hindu succession act you’ve equal right over your fathers assets as you siblings and you may file suit for partition for division of property by metes and bounds.
A.Q- Now the situation is my oldest step sister have control of all the money that we got and she is spending money unnecessarily any where she wants,
A- So does it mean that the property is sold & she is spending money...Then take all divide shares in EQUAL RATION. NOW ITSELF.
