Can society fine me a sum of Rs 50000/-, without prior notice or visual check of what i am being accused .

A.Dear Client,

The society under has no power to impose such a huge amount of money as fine and it is misusing it’s position and you can deny to pay the said fine and contest it in the civil court or high court.

A.Dear Sir,

It cannot be. Even courts have no authority to impose such big fines. Such society has no power and it is misusing its existence as such you may deny the same and approach High Court or Civil Court to teach it a lession.
