Class 10 cbse child denied admission in school saying she has a bad father Class 10 cbse child denied admission in school saying she has a bad father

My daughters are students of a reputed convent school in indore. She is completing her 10 th and another daughter her class 12.
The school principal called my wife and children to her cabin and insulted them denying admission in class 11 stating that as a father i am not fit to have my wards study there ....i am psycho..i am abusive ...etc etc...we are married for 21 years and daughters are studying there for last 5 years , one reason i could think off is one year ago in March 21 i had a heated verbal argument with school regards to my inability to pay one installment on time for one of the child
Hearing all this my family begged for mercy however, sister of school practically hounded them out..all this when last 6 months i am not posted in indore..
Unable to bear this my younger daughter wanted to harm herself...we are very troubled... few people are saying since school tc and character certificate is in their hand don't say anything....pls share your thoughts

A.Dear Sir,

Just boycott that institution and get admit your children in an institution where parents are respected. There after file a deformation case against earlier institution and publish the same in the media and also on social network and take your revenge and teach a lession to all such institutions.

A.According to section 15 of The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act or Right to Education Act, it prohibits schools from denial of admission to a child, irrespective of the time in the academic year in which admission is sought. Admission of a child in school is a fundamental right and it cannot be denied at any point of time.
