A person has taken my goods on rent on daily rental basis. He is not returning my goods and not giving rent payment as well what should I do?

You may recover your property under Section 7 of Specific Relief Act:
A person entitled to the possession of specific movable property may recover it in the manner provided by the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
