RTI ACT 2005 RTI ACT 2005

Sir
This is Ashraf from Srinagar.
Actually I am working in one the Public sector undertakings L.I.C of India where RTI ACT 2005 is applicable.
In our organization employees can go for pursuing MBA degrees through correspondence/Distance mode, but only after obtaining permission from the office and through UGC recognised Universities.
And after completion of their degrees employees get additional increment alongwith opportunity for promotion.
I also followed the same procedure and submitted my MBA degree in my organization on 30th March 2021 alongwith yearwise permission, Hall tickets of all semesters, semester wise marks sheet, Leave record for the dates i appeared in the examination, Final Marksheet and Degree and also UGC recognition certificate of the said University through which I pursued my MBA DEGREE.
Despite all this my organization has denied the documentation of the degree in my service records, without citing any reasons.
Last month i filed an application under RTI act asking to provide the names of employees whose degrees have been accepted and the names of universities from which they pursued their degrees....
But My office denied the information under section 8(1)j and 8(1)e of RTI ACT 2005.
Also I asked for the reasons for the pendency/rejection of my degree..and they denied this information citing section 2(f) of RTI ACT 2005.
NOW my request to you Sir is to guide me how should I challenge their reply, and how much justified are they in their stand/reply.
Thanks
Ashraf

A.Dear Mr. Ashraf,
First of all let me know whether your employer, LIC, provides any additional benefits like extra increment, promotional or posting preferences? If yes then you can take up the matte with the High Court or CAT as applicable. If not then you will need to ignore this and move on.
